All products are covered with 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If you suspect your product is defective, please contact our Customer Service team to start the process of a warranty claim. We’re on call for you from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. A proof of purchase and a video or photo that demonstrates the defect is required for your warranty claim to be successfully processed.
If your product was a gift, please contact the person you received the gift from. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, including gifts.
